Item Condition and Quality
We are dedicated to offering only the highest quality parts in our store. All new items come directly from sealed sets or the Pick-A-Brick wall. New minifigures are promptly assembled, placed in bags, and then stored. Our goal is to handle new parts as minimally as possible. New items may exhibit very minor scratches or scuffs from the natural rubbing together of pieces during storage. All used pieces undergo thorough cleaning and are considered to be in good condition. If we wouldn’t be happy receiving it, we don’t stock it! We make every effort to keep damaged items out of our inventory. Minifigures, both new and used, are assembled and individually bagged for your convenience.
Payment
PayPal is the only form of payment that we accept. If no payment is received within five days of the invoice being sent, the order is subject to cancellation.
**If your subtotal does not total at least three dollars, a $3.00 service charge will be applied automatically.**
Shipping
Brick Fever ships to most countries around the world. After the package has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for damage that may be caused to the product(s) during shipment. All product(s) are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). International shipments are also shipped with USPS
We pack most orders on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Please note: we bag new and used parts together.
Orders will be shipped by default to your PayPal address.
Returns
We do not accept returns, unless for extremely unforeseen instances, subject to our discretion. If we do accept a refund, the buyer pays both return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be refunded through PayPal.
In the case that an order has not shown up on USPS tracking, a full refund will be provided after two weeks of no notification from USPS.
